How To Deal With The Aggressive Horse

Simple procedure defuses horse's aggressive resistance.

Here is a video that covers working with the horse who is clearly willing to aggressively challenge and carry through with the challenge if necessary.

This horse, a 5 year old stallion, was brought to me because of his lack of respect and ground handling difficulties as well as an unwillingness to stand still for mounting.

As the owner was working with him while learning some herd dynamic actions I noticed his stance, head angle, delay and resistance to her directions. It was obvious why she didn't trust him. She was out of her league with him. I decided to trade places with her and go at him myself. This horse was calling the shots and used to it. In over 60 years of horses I have never come across one who displayed the aggressive determination this one had. In this video I experience a few moments of self doubt and have to deal with my own nervousness as well as force myself to trust the techniques that have served me so well for so long.

I deal with aggressive horses by going in with them loud and doing everything I can to catch or get them off guard right from the get go. Aggressive horses expect their actions to get the results they want right from the get go and it is important to defeat their actions. When their actions are defeated they USUALLY abandon them. I want my body chemistry and actions to tell the horse I am ready to fight.

In the end, he respects, stands for mounting and his owner has enough new found confidence to load him for her first time ever in a slant load trailer by herself.

Here's what his owner reports a week later..

My horse is going muuuuuuch beter. I gave him a couple of days off work after the trip, but I still handled him and he is now incredibly easy.

I rode him yesterday and I was able to mount him at the third try. The first couple of times I put the mounting block at his side he moved, so I started to think we should go to the round pen. But at the third time he stood like a rock and I mounted with no problem.

Since this video was shot the horse has become one spectacular dressage horse and sought after stud. I'd mention his name and location so you could find him but he has made so much headway he really doesn't need what he used to be stuck to him.

My horse training / problem solving receives hits from folks around the world who are seeking help with horse problems. They email me, call me and come visit me looking for help with their horse problems. They also haul me around the country to do clinics where people bring their horses to me for problem solving or to learn how to develop a closer connection with them.

I'm really quite successful at helping people solve their horse problems and become closer to their horses. Hardly a day goes by that someone doesn't contact me and say "SoAndSo said I should contact you..."

No brag, just fact.

The key to my success is a simple horse herd dynamics procedure I took directly from the horses themselves.

It came right from the horse's mouth so to speak.

If you watch a group of horses you'll see that for the most part everything is peace and harmony with each horse having its own place in the herd and being satisfied with it.

I show people how to resolve horse problems using simple herd dynamic actions.

This video is titled "Dealing With The Aggressive Challenger And The Horse Who Won't Stand Still For Mounting"

My videos are not glossy professional productions. They are not intended to be pretty, merely dispense some powerful information. In fact I call them "Wartznall Productions."

They are home made, what I call "tractor" quality, nothing fancy but they turn over some ground.

The videos are "clinics in a box."

This video is nearly 2 hours long and deals only with aggression.

This video provides in-depth coverage of the practical application of herd dynamics in situations involving aggressive horses. This is the procedure responsible for the growth of my site and the consistent results I'm able to produce. This procedure will work with any horse not mentally ill or hormonally unbalanced and will produce a connected, focused horse.

You will plainly see horses are genetically preprogrammed to respond to the herd dynamics procedure demonstrated on this video. This procedure will help you leave behind attention, fear, respect and trust problems.

The information laid out and demonstrated step by step in this video will bring you to a new level of horse communication and connection ability few horse people have.

This video will give you a deeper understanding of herd dynamics, the main components in the techniques of the better known clinicians.

This video will help you achieve amazing success by showing you how to communicate with horses on the horses' level.
