Hello Marv,
Thank you very much for the Bonder...I got it yesterday and did it today...and it was a success....my sister who was watching, didn't believe her eyes as my "crazy horse" change completely in 15 minutes...*smile*
The horse in question is a 5 years old mare, a "problem-horse" that I took on a couple of month ago. She is a former trotting horse that failed the trotting training program....for example, when they put her before the sulky (the cart) she went down on her knees...so for the last couple of years she's been doing nothing....and I suspect that there were troubles that the former owner never told me about...
When I'm working her in the paddock she very soon begins to challenge me... she even attacks me, rearing at me, kicking her frontlegs looking really bad....and I've made the mistake of backing off...to save my self from serious damage...she even rears at me in the stable...when she don't like what I'm doing....and once, inside the stable, she put me up against the wall...pushing harder and harder....I managed to turn my back on her....and using my back I was able to push her away....hopefully all of this is over now.........
I'm really a new-beginner in this way of working with horses....I have read a lot about Natural Horsemanship and tried my very best to use it with my horse....but it wasn't until I came across your Bonder that I realized what horse-communication is all about....it really worked as you describe....step by step....the ear..the mouth-moving...the head lowering......and there she was....following me around the paddock sweet as a lamb.....
I have never attend any of your Clinics live...and as I live in Sweden I probably never will either...but I really would like to some day if possible .
Thank you again
